These past few weeks I have been a little shopping mad! We have recently booked a holiday in Tuscany for August and all my little mind can think about is going! So naturally all I want to buy are cute, summery, bright clothes and accessories! I can’t wait to start wearing these beauties but I’m trying to save most of them for the holiday. Might style them up a bit for you guys though ;)
I think I’m falling a bit in love with the neon lime colour thats around at the moment. If you overdo it you might run the risk of looking a bit like a lollipop lady, but I think a pop of it in any outfit looks AMAAAZING. I am also loving great big costume style jewellery, well I always have really but at the moment it seems to be everywhere! There are some really great pieces in Next and Zara at the moment which I love! Picked up the cute floral River Island jacket the other day as I think it will look great just thrown over some jeans and a white tee, really casual but stylish.
What do you guys think of my purchases? Is it bad that I want to buy more already? Yes… yes it is ;)

All the way back around this time last year, I took Grace out to Ivinghoe to visit the Bluebell Forest. Dan had taken me here on one of our first dates so it was a special place for me, so I agreed to model for her in this beautiful setting. To celebrate out shoot I have re-edited some of the photos to show you guys, as the shoot is still so cute and magical to me now. What do you all think?
My friends Chloe and James Wagstaff (or as I like to call them, The Waggy’s) got married way back on the 29th March! I haven’t been able to post anything before then due to them being on their honeymoon and not wanting to leak any of their photos before they’d had a chance to see them! They already had a wedding photographer but after seeing some of my photos (and me being a guest anyway!), they asked me to take some sneaky shots of them throughout the day. Sooo, these are a few of what I ended up with :) Yes I know they aren’t the best quality as they came out really grainy, but I know it was because I had my iso too high boohoo! Since then I have learned so much more! I really like some of the moments I’ve captured, I just need to work on the quality of the image now!
The first photo is of me and my boyfriend taken by someone else, so not great quality! Doesn’t Dan look dapper though! I even asked him to match me with his tie colour which looks awesome. The second is just me in my room to show you in better resolution. I loved this dress so much when I saw it in store, but it was quite expensive at £39. So when there was a flash sale and I found an extra 10% off code online, I had to order it! I got it for £26 in the end :) Very happy! As I love this colour I already had some blue accessories to throw in, and some nude heels and belt so as not to overdo it!
Hope you guys like my photos and my wedding outfit! I can’t wait to attend the next!
The beautiful Charlotte. Although she doesn’t believe that she is beautiful, she most certainly is. She wanted to try out all my lipsticks and I said that I would take some photos of her each time so she could see the colours. It turned into a bit of a mini photo shoot! She was very unsure of herself and said she could only do silly poses, but distracting her and taking some cheeky sneaky snaps seemed to work. I hope she sees these photos and realises how pretty she can be when not trying at all :) The last one is of course the necessary silly cute shot, to show her fun loving personality. I really hope that I have captured her well.
My friend Charlotte came to visit this weekend! After a great day out in London on Saturday, we decided to take a trip to Hexton Manor for an alternative wedding fair that we saw advertised. The fair was quite small but there were some really interesting stalls and businesses taking part. They were all really eclectic and had some great alternative ideas to that of a traditional fair. After looking around the stalls and speaking with a few of the businesses, we decided to take a walk around the Manor itself. It was beautiful and a great place to get married, it has beautiful scenic gardens with some lovely places for some wedding photos to take place. We decided to use these to take some outfit shots, and generally just mess around….
Yep so I got this dress for free because its a design sample from my work… sorry guys! I love it so so much though and wanted you to see it! Just shows that the supermarkets don’t buy the best samples from us because it costs them too much! It was a size 12 but I took it in at the sides and how its perfect. Its lovely and light, soft material and the colour is just so amazingly blue. Just pops out at you!
I had a great day with Charlotte, Aimee and Grace, hanging out like crazy people as usual! I shot a sort of mini photo shoot of Charlotte before we went out too which I will post up here soon! She looks so amazing but doesn’t believe me when I tell her she’s beautiful! Anyway, until next time guys!
Trying to think of something to do at the weekends is never hard! Me and the girls always love a good vintage shop, and this week we stumbled across an ad for a pop up vintage event in Hertford! It was quite small but there were some lovely stalls. Me and Aimee bought some vintage clothes and Grace bought a cute gold necklace.
After looking on Google, we also found a cute vintage shop and tearoom in the town centre too that we desperately wanted to check out! We ended up having an amazing panini and old fashioned lemonade in the tearooms, which was styled up almost like an old ladies house! Upstairs was an adorable little room full of vintage goodies!
It was like exploring a granny’s attic, was a great feeling! Plus we were the only ones up there so it was like it was just for us. There were some really good pieces in there, I particularly loved the green shoes that matched my nails!
We looked around some charity shops and a massively expensive antique furniture shop just for funsies! Then we visited the beautiful Hertford castle, small but perfectly formed! Photo of the castle is at the top of this post. The surrounding gardens were very pretty, considering it rained!
I bought this blazer to go to a wedding, but I didn’t end up needing it as it was mainly inside! I thought as its quite a pale colour, that it would be a great summery piece that would look great with jean! I was right! I really wanted to team it with a pair of mint green shoes to tie in the pastel look but I don’t own any! So I had to settle on these turquoise pumps from Debanhams. The day turned out to be a lot more rainy than summery in the end but we still had a fab day!
This… is Grace! My beautiful friend from previous posts! You all know how fit she is! Sooo, when she bought this kimono and sexual underwear, I had to take advantage of her (not in that way!). I have also recently had my room redecorated in this beaut new wallpaper and I thought that it would be a good backdrop for a mini photoshoot. All photos taken and edited by me! Yay! Grace is wearing, kimono and underwear from H&M!
